THE WAYS WE ARE HELPING
Humanitarian and Medical Help to Ukraine
The main Focus of Our Efforts has so far been providing Humanitarian and Medical help to people of Ukraine that are currently suffering from Russian invasion. Since the start of Russia’s invasion on 24 February, 2022, the humanitarian needs in Ukraine have risen to unprecedented levels. More than 17.7 million people in the country will require humanitarian support and protection assistance until the end of 2022. The ongoing war endangers the lives of civilians and causes severe damage to housing, water and electricity supply, heating, but also public infrastructure such as schools and health facilities. Millions of people have no access to basic needs.
Based on our efforts, more than 20 piled-up wooden pallets, containing medical supplies, medicine, clothing, dog food, baby formula, baby clotting, health and hygiene products, etc., have already been delivered to Ukraine. But our work is not done! We are continuing to draw on our community and our volunteers to continue gathering and shipping the humanitarian and medical help in response to Ukraine Crisis.
